The CAD-manufactured brackets incorporate a simple, robust closure mechanism for easy, quick closure as well as easier opening. The design includes an integrated friction brake that prevents the cover closing accidentally when changing the arch. The computer-aided design of the cover also guarantees that the closure mechanism has the required reliability.
The minimal size, extra-smooth surfaces and closed design of Discovery SL brackets provide the patient with outstanding comfort. These features combined with the shorter appointment times and more gentle treatment forces ensure a high degree of patient acceptance and comfort.
The brackets are exceptionally small in both surface area and in low profile volume.
