  Product Description
Vibrax

This vibrator always vibrates low and high viscosity materials optimally

Maintain quality, in any case
Homogeneously mixed material is of little use if air bubbles are entrapped in it while being poured into an impression, casting ring or duplicating mould. It is also essential that the material reaches even the tightest of corners. Otherwise, dies, castings and duplicate models would be imprecise in spite of mixing the material carefully. The outcome: Wasted time and money! Keep the flow properties under control

It is generally known that a thick or slightly set material needs vibrating powerfully if it is to fl ow properly. But powerful vibrations tend to impede the flow of low viscosity materials. As a result, material may be splashed up and trap air bubbles beneath it. That‘s why two different types of vibration can be selected on the Vibrax – weak andstrong impulses – with four practical stagesfor each. Like this, the technician can quickly and easily use the two readily accessiblelevers to react to the current stateof the material. This total of eight intensity settings covers the entire range required for all materials in their various stages of setting as well as all manufacturers‘ recommendations concerning vibration settings. The material then flows perfectly to produce flawless results.

Transfer of vibrations
To further optimize the transfer properties and enhance practicability, the innovative rubber mat on the Vibrax has two different degrees of hardness. A special technique was employed to manufacture the edge of the vibrator platform using a softer material (30 Shore) than that used for the platform (80 Shore). To prevent an impression tray "jumping" on the harder surface, the technician can place the tray on the softer surface to optimize pulsation transfer using considerably less force. On the other hand, pulse transfer to acasting ring or duplicating mould should be as direct as possible as, especially with duplicating moulds, the silicone dampens the pulses. An optional vibrating ball is still available – for example, casting rings can be tilted at the required angle to the flowing material without having to hold their rim awkwardly on the platform top. The mixing bowl can also be vibrated with the casting ring, which is especially useful if the material has started setting.

Efficient
The Vibrax was designed to ensure that its resonant frequency is virtually identical to the working frequency. That‘s why itonly requires very minimal performance to achieve maximum effi cacy. This and the specially designed silicone stands ensurethat, even at maximum intensity, hardly any vibration is transferred to the bench top and the vibrator remains stable.

Ergonomic
The importance of ergonomics in everyday situations is accepted in many places by professionalassociations. In some countries, laboratories are now checked. This is wherethe Renfert development philosophy "for everyday use in laboratories" really counts. It‘s no coincidence that the Vibrax is extremely quiet, non-tipping, stands fi rmly and iseasy and convenient to operate. We also ensured that it is easy and effi cient to clean. Its modern, pleasant design shows clearly that Renfert products are really designed foreveryday use in laboratories.
