BISFIL II is a highly filled self-cured posterior hybrid composite. It is a convenient paste-paste system which is available in both a cervical and universal shade. The material can be packed into the cavity preparation up to the DEJ, or to the occlusal cavosurface margin for a complete self-cure composite restoration, as in the 'Directed Shrinkage Technique'.
