Arestin should not be used in any patient who has a known sensitivity to minocycline or tetracyclines. Warnings
The use of drug of the tetracycline class during tooth development (last half of pregnancy, infancy, and childhood to the age of 8 years) may cause permenent discoloration of the teeth and in pregnent or nursing women, unless the potential benifits are considered to outweigh the potential risks. |
