Monobond-S is a single-component silanizing agent designed to promote the adhesion of ceramic materials to luting composites, such as Variolink II. Simply by applying a layer of Monobond-S to the cleaned/etched ceramic surface (eg IPS Empress), a chemical bond can be established to any composite material containing methacrylate groups.
