Product Description

The heart of the WEHMER FirstFit™ System, the POLY features a movable mandible and independent condyle/fossa analogs that are individually and scientifically calibrated according to data derived from your patients x-rays. This innovative instrument allows positioning of the maxillary arch in true relationship to the polycentric TMJ axis of the patient and replicates all individualized attack angles and excursions. The POLY is programmed from the WEHMER FirstFit™ prescription derived from your x-rays. Essential for TMD, Class III, surgical cases, CR/CO discrepancies, and patients with vertical problems. No facebow transfer is required.
