| The DC3100-1 is specifically engineered for this purpose. The unit is equipped with a sensor that triggers the automatic cleaning of the filters as they begin to fill with abrasive. Because it will activate the cleaning cycle whenever necessary, this dust collector actually cleans itself while in operation and can be located away from the work area. The filter design and automatic cleaning increase the efficiency of the filters, which means longer filter life. When the automated cleaning takes place, the abrasive shaken from the filters drops into a 10-gallon pail for convenient storage and disposal. | |
