| Designs for Vision, Inc has recently introduced the BFL™ FiberOptic Light Source headlight system. It consists of three main parts - the light source (4 colors available), a 7.5-foot (2.3m) fiberoptic cable, and a coaxial, bifurcated, or focusable headlight. The headlight system is available for 110/115 V or 230V electrical systems. The light can be easily switched from white light to filtered light (<530 nm) that will reportedly not cure composites. Bulb life is purported to be 75 hours and the bulb can be changed with no tools. The BFL™ FiberOptic Light has a lifetime warranty. | |
