| The V-Taper™ Rotary System is a set of three variable taper NiTi rotary files. The V-Taper™ Rotary System will allow you to complete most root canals using 2-3 files. This performance-enhanced system is easier, safer, more efficient, and less expensive than any other NiTi rotary file system available. Designed with a Safe-Core Parabolic Cross-Section, the V-Taper is the safest, most efficient, and most advanced cross-section available and is ideal for deep-hole drilling and reaming as done with root canals. The Safe-Core™ Parabolic Cross-Section combines the attributes of being a highly efficient and flexible instrument while being extremely safe and resistant to fracture, alleviating your stress and resulting in a more enjoyable procedure for you, your patient, and your staff. While most companies use standard orthodontic wire to make their NiTi files, Guidance uses a specially trademarked Nitinol called Endonol. Endonol is made by an advanced metallurgical technique to form an alloy with enhanced mechanical properties specifically made for endodontic rotary files. | |
