| The autoclavable, rugged non-recycling microblaster that promotes improved, more predictable bonding. Use Optiblast prior to bonding to increase surface area up to 400% and greatly improve bonding strengths. The small body size (6 1/2" long x 5/8" diameter) helps reduce hand fatigue and improves access, and the autoclavable body, tips, and solid construction minimize maintenance requirements.
1. Registered for intraoral use to enhance safe operation
2. Precision fingertip-controlled needle valve provides superior tactile sensitivity
3. Available 0, 60, 90, and 120 degree tip options (60 degree tip supplied standard with unit)
4. Use on enamel and dentin prior to bonding internal surfaces of crowns, for intraoral repair of porcelains and composites, for removal of cement from crowns, and for preparation and cleaning of orthodontic brackets
5. Operates on standard 40 – 70 psi air pressure
6. Complete unit includes microblaster, 1/16” ID (1/8” OD) air tubing, and 50 micron Aluminum Oxide blasting media sample | |
