Dr. Rick Cofer: After having practiced for 10 years, I had incredible back pain. My future in dentistry was questionable, and I wasn't sure how long I was going to be able to practice. Each day I was going home in agony, and it was just terrible.
I was introduced to my A-dec rep, who showed me ergonomically how I can improve and how A-dec can help me with that improvement. I purchased a couple of 511 chairs, two 533 delivery systems. It changed my career immensely.
The 511 chair, having the thin back, really enables me to get up to the patient, place my knees under the patient comfortably, and maintain good form. Also, in addition, the 533 delivery system gives me everything at my fingertips. I can contain good form, good posture, and not even have to look for a handpiece or any other devices that I have on it.
And it makes it very easy. I can practice dentistry more efficiently and without pain, and that's wonderful.
