Product Overview: Solaris Sterilization Center

Pelton & Crane

Pelton & Crane’s Solaris Sterilization Center features a 4-phase workflow that encourages an optimized, repeatable process. Phase 1 is the Receiving and Recontamination area, designed to be touchless. Phase 2 is the Preparation and Packaging area. Phase 3 is the Sterilization Tower, and Phase 4 is the Sterile Storage Tower, which features a 180° swivel system. The Steilization Center is also equipped with a VistaPure water purification system, which outputs two grades of filtered water; distilled water used for autoclave, and ultra-filtered, non-corrosive water for bottles used for dentla delivery systems.

The Solaris Sterilization Center showcases a modern design while logically organizing the sterilization area, ensuring your staff has an optimized, repeatable process to keep your practice running smoothly.

Contoured partitions and metal accents create a modern look, unlike traditional sterilization cabinetry.  The Solaris is designed to help the heart of your practice reflect your image of professionalism, help your staff work more efficiently, and to give patients confidence in your processes.

Logical organization of the sterilization area helps to optimize workflow in this critical piece of your practice.  The Solaris design centers around four key phases.

The receiving decontamination area is designed to be functional, secure, and ergonomically sound.  Foot activated trash and upper doors ensure touchless use of this area to dispose of waste and store contaminated instruments.

The preparation and packaging area provides a safe dry prep and packaging workspace for both large and small cassettes.  Partitions separate all areas of the sterilization center in accordance with CDC recommendations for infection control.

Phase three sterilization tower is designed for ease of use.  Rollout solid surface shelves resist heat and moisture and allow easy access to back panels for service if necessary.  A vacuum assisted reservoir drain eliminates the use of buckets.

The sterile storage tower in phase four offers a pullout 180-degree swivel cabinet with easily adjustable wire racks.  Four viewing panels make it easy to inspect contents, and blue backlighting is a visual indication of sterilized cassettes.

Critical to this workflow is the VistaPure water purification system integrated with the Solaris.  The system produces two grades of water, distilled quality water for autoclaves and ultra filtered noncorrosive water for bottles used with dental delivery systems.  Keep your equipment operating at maximum performance with easily accessible pure water.

Modern design, four phase workflow, and water treatment integration.  Let this strong foundation take your sterilization process to the next level, the Solaris Sterilization Center from Pelton & Crane.
