Bola AI, a voice-AI technology provider, recently partnered with Peerlogic, a company that offers voice-based conversational intelligence powered by AI.
Through the partnership, Bola AI’s Voice Perio system will complement Peerlogic’s dental software, which assists front-office staff in measuring call performance and generating insights that will foster practice growth, according to a press release.
Bola AI’s Voice Perio solution delivers speech accuracy at 99% and allows for variable accents and flexible phrasing while filtering out background noise and nonclinical speech. Peerlogic’s software has been trained solely on dental calls, and its proprietary AI solution can capture every office interaction, including outbound and existing patient calls.

The partnership enhances accuracy and efficiency throughout the patient experience, from initial phone call to touch-free periodontal charting, to case presentation and treatment acceptance.
