Carestream Dental and Dental Whale recently announced a partnership, seamlessly integrating Carestream Dental solutions with the My Dental Whale Platform.
Dental Whale serves more than 20,000 private and dental support organizations, according to a press release. My Dental Whale is an online ecosystem that provides end-to-end digital practice solutions.
“This new partnership gives our mutual customers a convenient avenue to discover new products and services that will make running their practices easier,” said Jeremy Thomas, general manager of the Americas for Carestream Dental, according to the release. “That means less stress around practice management, marketing and training and more focus on caring for patients.”
The My Dental Whale™ Platform gives clinicians and office staff control of their practice, streamlining access to business and marketing services, supply and equipment ordering, masterclass training and data intelligence. Through the Carestream Dental partnership, the platform now also offers access to advanced imaging technology and cloud-based practice management solutions, as well as an expanded service support infrastructure.
The partnership extends the services of Dental Whale Learning with a curriculum that provides expert guidance on implementing digital workflows. Through this new course, Carestream Dental’s digital imaging and cloud security experts will provide valuable training and revenue-generating education for practices.
Dental Whale partnered with Carestream because the company is “the most reliable in the digital dental industry” and shares the same mission “of creating breakthroughs in dental practice management through insight and innovation,” according to the release. Dental Whale CEO Joe Cavaretta said the partnership will “strengthen their customer base, which is expected to significantly increase in the coming years.”
