MicroCare recently acquired Colorado-based Certol International.
The Certol product line includes EPA registered surface disinfectants and specialty cleaners designed for dental offices, medical offices and hospital settings, according to a press release.
“Certol is a perfect fit to our approach of providing a full spectrum of critical cleaning options to our customers,” MicroCare CEO Tom Tattersall said, according to the release. “By combining our two organizations’ quality products, brands and global distribution capabilities, MicroCare and Certol can provide customers with an expanded product selection, faster delivery and optimal customer service.”
The transition is nearly complete. There are no plans to change ordering or fulfillment for MicroCare or Certol representatives, distributors or customers.
