Denteractive recently integrated Swell’s patient engagement and reputation management solutions into its teledentistry platform.

Through the partnership, the companies have created the Unlimited+Growth tier of service, according to a press release. Dentists now have access to Swell’s advanced growth tools along with Denteractive's virtual triage widget in a seamless package.

The Denteractive Teledentistry Platform was built by dentists for dentists and makes it possible for clinicians to remotely connect with and care for patients on a fully secure, HIPAA-compliant, enterprise-class platform.

The Swell platform helps dentists learn what patients think through online reviews and surveys. It also helps dentists stay connected with patients so they can provide stellar customer service. With more online reviews and better patient engagement, dentists can boost their online reputation and search rankings.

Swell includes a variety of features including Swell Review, which automatically generates more reviews through text to increase website traffic; Swell WebChat, which allows website visitors to reach practices through text, route them to the right person at the right time, and turn them into customers; Swell Message, an easy-to-use inbox that gathers messages from every patient and channel, delivering them to the right person on the team; Swell Schedule, which allows patients to schedule appointments online through text; Swell Pay, a feature that reminds patients to pay through text; Swell Survey, which captures instant feedback to help practices improve the patient experience; and Swell Insight, which offers at-a-glance reporting across all aspects of a practice’s brand.
