Rhinogram recently added e-forms and signatures to its cloud-based, HIPAA-compliant virtual care platform.
The new feature enables users to support a fully virtual or hybrid experience, according to a press release, while streamlining patient intake and reducing the use of paper and storage space.
The integration of e-forms and signatures makes the platform an all-in-one solution. Patients can now complete all forms online from their phone or mobile device before they get to the practice for a contactless experience. Forms are then filed digitally and stored in the patient’s profile.
Dentists also can now create and send forms to patients via text. Patients can then securely view, sign and submit these forms right on their phones or other mobile devices.
