Whip Mix recently introduced the VeriWash resin cleaning station.
Designed for the 3D printed resin post-processing process, the cleaning station features an oscillating, multi-speed stirrer that “produces a tornado-like vortex every 60-seconds,” according to the company website. This allows for effective cleaning within three minutes, whether units are individual or still attached to the build plate.
Two alcohol baths make for an effective step-wash system, resulting in more efficient cleaning. Less alcohol is needed because it is used for both a fresh bath and then re-used as a dirty bath.
The unit’s intelligent design features Mode, Time and a Start/Stop button display, giving the operator full and automatic control of the cleaning process. The mesh basket used in the wash container makes it easy to keep track of small printed parts while cleaning.
The unit comes with a one-year warranty.
