BIOLASE recently launched the Waterlase Endo Academy, bringing together a community of leading endodontists who are committed to improving outcomes and profitability with new technology.
The academy is open to all Waterlase endodontists, according to a press release. It was created to foster peer-led learning, best practice sharing and optimal integration of Waterlase technology into clinical practice.
Membership benefits include ongoing mentorship from leading clinicians and didactic online meetings. Members also receive interactive case reviews by Waterlase experts, in-person training experiences hosted by leading Waterlase Endo Academy clinicians such as Dr. Charles Maupin, and on-demand access to clinical resources and webinars.
Along with Dr. Maupin, academy council members include Dr. Francisco Banchs, Dr. Yigail Zibari, Dr. Fernando Meza, Dr. Justin Kolnick, Dr. Robert Corr and Dr. Kirk Huffaker.
The Waterlase dental laser allows for faster procedures and provides new treatment options for endodontists. It offers greater access to lateral canals and the apical third, while the radial firing tip enables conservative endo treatment.
