Convergent Dental, the company behind the 9.3 µm CO2 all-tissue Solea laser, recently introduced Solea Sleep, a rapid relief treatment for adults who snore.
Through Solea’s advanced technology, Solea Sleep makes it possible for dentists to gently tighten tissue in the soft palate with a five-minute treatment, according to a press release. The procedure immediately reduces the vibrations that cause patients to snore. Typically, such a procedure takes three or four 30-minute treatments.
The product is currently in a limited market release and will be available beginning in May.
