Henry Schein recently released the SLX clear aligner system.
The complete solution incorporates Sagittal First/Motion 3D technology, a proprietary offering of the Company's Henry Schein Orthodontics (HSO) business, according to a press release. Sagittal First/Motion 3D can significantly reduce the number of aligners needed in a typical case.
The clear aligner system uses patented manufacturing processes to achieve aligner clarity and a precise fit, providing greater comfort and improved tooth control. The system’s web portal is an easy to use open-source platform that accepts STL digital impressions from all leading intraoral scanners.
Henry Schein Orthodontics will begin registration and training immediately. Case submission will begin on May 25.
