The system indexes all of its collected data by member ID to make things easily searchable, according to a press release. It connects to existing communications systems to link all conversations and document exchanges between payers. Use of the platform can help reduce disputes, while also helping to improve communications and documentation processes.
The Vyne Exchange Platform also includes Vyne's Trace technology which applies business intelligence to optimize the organization of a practice's communications. Additional features include voice and fax tools for capturing phone, fax, and even face-to-face interactions, image tools for capturing screens and scanned documents, and claim attachments.
