Nexa3D, BEGO and XYZprinting recently formed a strategic partnership to help advance digital dentistry and give the dental market more access to the technology globally.
Through the agreement, BEGO will exclusively market and sell, under its own label, a special purpose highspeed Nexa3D dental printer, according to a press release. The printer will be solely manufactured by XYZprinting.
BEGO will also market and sell other XYZprinting products under its label. Nexa3D will exclusively develop the technology and products, with the BEGO 3D printers powered by Nexa3D’s proprietary Lubricant Sublayer Photo-curing (LSPc) technology and a patented structured light matrix. The light matrix can reach speeds of 1 cm per minute, reducing the time necessary for 3D printing cycles.
The companies expect to achieve full commercial status during the second half of 2018.
