KaVo recently launched the ELECTROmatic series of electric systems that feature constant torque, controlled speed, quiet operation and versatility.
The constant speed and torque allows for precise preparations at the defined speed, according to a press release.
The speed on the control system display can be easily adjusted for a variety of indications.
In combination with KaVo handpieces, the systems provide stable control from 2 - 200,000 rpm. ELECTROmatic also features an intuitive user interface.
The series includes three options: the ELECTROmatic, the ELECTROmatic Plus and the ELECTROmatic Premium. The ELECTROmatic Premium is an all-in-one device that features a color touchscreen for intuitive handling and integrated endo function. It is available with one or two motors and there’s no need to change attachments to switch from high-speed to low-speed. The preprogrammed file systems make it easy to plan or customize endodontic protocol.
The ELECTROmatic Plus is well suited for high-speed and low-speed applications. It features an easy to read LCD display and multiple mounting options for enhanced visibility and comfortable access to adjust the motor speed settings.
The ELECTROmatic is a simple system that allows speed control with the foot control, just as an air-driven high-speed. It pairs well with the COMFORTdrive 200XDR high-speed handpiece.
The plug and play system connects to standard air tubing and automatically adjusts to the air pressure of the existing dental unit.
