DentalXChange recently launched a credentialing solution in partnership with Delta Dental of Colorado.
Through the partnership, the companies will launch the first co-branded edition of DentalXChange’s DDS Enroll software, according to a press release. This will give Delta Dental providers the ability to complete credentialing requirements online for a variety of different insurance companies.
The DDS Enroll software enables providers to access credentialing information online, digitally input data, easily upload supporting documents, quickly indicate required fields and data requirements, and securely sign forms electronically. This helps reduce time and errors in the credentialing process.
The solution is designed specifically for the dental industry and supports multi-carrier credentialing. Providers enter information into the software once, and that data is then applied across all applications.
The software features auto-populating fields and a document repository. It also offers dentists the ability to track submitted credentialing applications and to check the status of renewals, as well as virtual reminders to reduce the gap in renewal time or risk of termination from the network. Users also have access to free training and support.
