New Dental Products: MoonRay D 75 and MoonRay S 100 3D Printers from SprintRay

SprintRay recently introduced the MoonRay D 75 and MoonRay S 100 3D Printers.

The printers make it possible to print precise dental models from intraoral or 3D scans, according to the company. The scans can be used to test the fit of crowns, copings and dental appliances.

The company’s castable resin makes it easy to quickly print surgical guides as well as accurate crowns, copings and partials for casting.

The durable, reliable printers feature fast DLP technology. Multiple models can be printed at once for a faster workflow.

MoonRay printers are easy to set up and easy to use through the RayWare software. The units fit comfortably on any desktop and can print up to one vertical inch per hour.

MoonRay D enables users to print features as small as 75 microns, making it well suited for dental labs producing crowns and bridges. MoonRay S has a minimum feature size of 100 microns and a generous build area. It is optimal for those who need a large build area, but who still want great detail, accuracy, and surface finish.
