Masterlink’s Ei Sensors are now Apex Dental Sensors.
The company released Ei Sensors about two years ago to help dentists save money on dental x-ray sensors, according to a press release. The sensor hasn’t changed, but the new name better reflects that mission.
Masterlink also plans to release Cloud Imaging Software and the Apex Sensor Club. The software will give dentists the option to view digital x-rays from anywhere in the world with an Internet connection, while the club will eliminate the need to invest in sensors. For a monthly fee, dentists will be able to rent their sensor and software. The cost of the club is lower than purchasing a sensor.
More details on the software and club will be announced in the coming months.
