DEXIS recently released the DEXcam 4 HD intraoral camera. It features high-definition imaging and DEXcapture acquisition software.
The intraoral camera’s high-definition true-to-color photos enhance diagnosis and patient education, which helps improve treatment acceptance, according to a press release. The images are also easy to share with partnering doctors.
With the camera, dentists can create a clear history of improvement or decline of a patient’s health over time, as well as document clinical findings for treatments in pre-determination claims to insurance carriers.
