 Enhanced Dental Product: ClaimConnect Electronic Claims Software from DentalXChange

ClaimConnect electronic claims software from DentalXChange now features an attachment service to optimize the claims process for payers and providers.

The attachment service is fully integrated into the ClaimConnect application, according to a press release. The new service allows users to attach supporting documents, such as x-rays, periodontal charts, EOBs, narratives or any other documentation that may be required by dental insurance companies to adjudicate a claim, without having to open a separate program or mail hard copy documents or films. This saves time and improves the efficiency and quality of documentation for payers.

Other features include system notifications that tell users when an attachment is required; optimized image tools, including high-quality image resolution, and the ability to rotate, zoom, and change image brightness and contrast to better examine attachments; a customizable platform that easily integrates into practice management systems; and a secure archive that allows payers and providers to view submitted claims and attachments securely online.

No contract is required for the attachment service and users can sign up on a monthly basis. The cost is $25 a month. There’s no annual maintenance fee.
