The VITA Easyshade V Scanner for Dental Wings is now available.
The digital shade measurement device quickly determines the shade of natural dentition, whitened teeth and ceramic restorations, independently of the ambient environment, according to a press release.
The device makes it possible to standardize your tooth shade determination and communication processes. The spectrophotometer does everything from determining and communicating tooth shade to reproducing and checking the shade of the finished ceramic dental restoration, improving process reliability. The VITA Assist PC allows for efficient communication between the practice and the laboratory.
It features three different modes for measuring natural dentition: basic shade measurement, average shade measurement, and tooth area measurement. It is possible to transmit VITA Easyshade V Scanner for Dental Wings data into this communication tool via Bluetooth. The data can be combined with a digital photo to document the initial situation as well as the individual characteristics of the patient’s teeth and then sent to the dental technician or the patient.
