Sisma presents the brand new mysint100 Dual Laser metal 3D printer, the new high precision Laser Welding system LM-D with Smart Spot technology and the innovative myrev140 Laser SLA 3D printer.
Sisma is attending the 37th edition of the International Dental Show in Cologne, confident on its renewed range of Laser Metal Fusion, Laser Stereolithography and Laser Welding systems. IDS is confirmed as the main European event dedicated to the dental sector: more than 2300 exhibitors from more than 60 countries gather from the 21st to the 25th of March in the Koelnmesse, a modern venue of more than 160.000 square meters. (1) mysint 100 Dual Laser
First of its kind, mysint100 Dual Laser is one step ahead: a professional metal 3D printer improved with two laser sources. mysint100 Dual Laser has been specifically developed for the dental sector, where on point timing in deliveries does make a difference in gaining efficiency and profits. Thanks to the double laser sources the productivity can be increased up to 80%. The increased speed of production allows to reach an extreme flexibility: the deadline for overnight deliveries can be pushed forward, batch and time allowances are finally under your control and can be allocated as efficiently as possible. Production cycles can be optimized on your costumer's needs and conditions, with no extra effort from your side. Reduced production times can lead either to a daylight shift - only - working environment or on the contrary the possibility of an extra productivity overnight, together with fast lane delivery strategies. All of this while being conveniently operated by a single operator, without the need of loading or unloading peripherals.
(2) High precision laser welders LM-D and the sophisticated Smart Spot technology.
Developed to ensure a repeatable welding process, Smart Spot allows to simplify therefore speed up even the most complex working cycles. The great depth of field and the laser shot already stable from the first pulses, result in a higher level of quality. The high efficiency dedicated filter ensures the complete recovery of precious material. The new ergonomic design and low operating noise ensure total comfort to the operator. The range starts from LM-D Ready, with an easier access to the working area which allows to operate even more quickly and intuitively. Substantial evolutionary leap for LM-D Vision, with the Syncro View patented system that guarantees a smooth and stress-free process vision even during the welding phase. Further technical highlight of the Sisma new LM-D range are:
ECO mode: switches off unused system components during idle times, thus guaranteeing lower power consumption.
USB and Ethernet connectivity: for an easy download/upload of the welding programs, software and firmware updates, remote control through smartphone, tablet or computer.
Full digital electronic control: for accurate diagnostics, higher pulse stability and longer lamp life.
Barcode reader: an additional solution for a quick upload of the welding programs.
(3) myrev140
myrev has been developed to meet every specific need of its professional users and has been provided with dedicated features. The three revolving platforms (140x140x150 mm), ideal for long and unattended jobs, are joined to a tilting junction in order to simplify their alignment, a stirring coater provides for resin homogenization and the slippery vat is easily extractable and replaceable. Settings and controls are accessible through an integrated PC, capable of processing even the most complex files, with the natural immediacy permitted by the touchscreen and the Sisma-developed user friendly HMI (Human Machine Interface). The ease of use is also granted by the built-in USB port for a quick and convenient loading of the files. Being able to satisfy even the most demanding audience is key for Sisma: platforms can be accessorized with some optional extractors, to facilitate the detachment of the pieces; an automatic doser (only available in myrev Top Version) can safely handle up to five different resins, while preventing any waste or contamination.
