Formlabs recently introduced new dental resin materials: Dental Model, Dental LT Clear and two class IIa biocompatible materials for 3D printed dentures.
Dental Model is an accurate resin for crown and bridge models with removable dies, while Dental LT Clear is a long-term biocompatible resin for direct printing of orthodontic appliances such as splints and retainers, according to a press release. The two class IIa biocompatible materials are for the direct 3D printing of dentures.
The materials will be showcased for the first time at IDS 2017, which is slated for March 21-26 in Germany.
