Whip Mix recently released the SinterPro sintering furnace.
The furnace features 30 user-programs and four stages to optimize program flexibility, according to a press release. It is easy to program, easy to use and comes in two different sizes.
SinterPro has a short tray for single units and short span bridges, as well as a deep tray for large conventional Prettau Bridges. Other features include a large, easy to read display, current stage visibility and a firing process graph for instant context recognition.
For faster, more predictable sintering, the unit comes with the ActivCool Feature with three cooling methods: Natural Cool, Controlled Cool and Fast Cool.

To make sintering faster and even more predictable, the unit features the ActivCool Feature with three (3) cooling methods: Natural Cool, Controlled Cool and Fast Cool. You choose the speed with which your zirconia should cool and SinterPro does the rest.
