Ultradent Dental Products recently introduced the Jiffy Universal Ceramic Finishing System.
The system is the only universal finishing system for high-strength ceramics, according to a press release. All adjustors and polishers work interchangeably on porcelain, lithium disilicate and zirconia. Both the extraoral and the intraoral kits include everything needed for the procedure, eliminating the need to purchase multiple components.
Jiffy Universal allows for universal application, saving time and money. The system features Ultradent’s specially formulated diamond grit for optimal smoothness and exceptional polishing results. The multi-grit diamond particles also enable clinicians to effectively adjust ceramics for a high-gloss finish, while the maximum diamond retention ensures a long service life. The autoclavable aluminum block also extends the life of the system.
