Carestream Dental recently introduced a new Institute, which is designed to offer busy dental professionals a variety of training options.
The Carestream Dental Institute, formerly the MasterWorks LearnCenter, includes live online training, self-paced content, hands-on seminars and personalized onsite training, according to a press release. It brings together employee, dealer and customer training under one umbrella.
The live online training includes webinars that offer Continuing Education credits, courses with a live instructor, and self-paced how-to guides that outline how to use Carestream Dental technology. Online training is available in multiple languages.
Through onsite training, a dedicated trainer visits practices and works closely with clinicians and their teams. These trainings are customized to each practice’s needs, and range from one to three eight hour days.
The Carestream Dental Institute also offers hands-on courses and seminars across the country. These educational opportunities, hosted by doctors, focus on topics such as CAD/CAM and CBCT technology, and enable clinicians to earn CE credits, keep up-to-date on the latest technologies and determine if these technologies are a good fit for their practice.
