Patients served by Interfaith Dental Clinic in Middle Tennessee will benefit from a donated CS 9000C 3D imaging system from Carestream Dental.
The clinic, which provides care to patients on a sliding scale to make access to dental services easier, will use the 3D imaging system to provide enhanced diagnostic capabilities and treatment planning, according to a press release. Having a cone beam system on site will allow the clinic to reduce the number of patients who need to be referred elsewhere for diagnostic tests.
