 Enhanced Dental Product: Curve Dental Adds Jive Communications’ Cloud-Based Telephone System to Its Practice Management Software

A new integration is bringing cloud-based telephone service from Jive Communications to Curve Dental’s cloud-based practice management software.

The integration of the two systems allows dental team members to not only know who is calling the practice, but to see patient information about callers before answering the phone, according to a press release. The ability to know all the details about who is calling a practice can help the dental team provide excellent customer service.

The Jive integration means that when the phone rings, the practice computer shows a picture of the patient, the patient’s status and the phone number. Using the computer mouse, the team member can then decide whether to answer the call, place it on hold or send it to voice mail. The software also allows the team member to instantly call up that patient’s complete record.

The Jive integration is available for free to all Curve customers who switch from their traditional phone system to Jive’s VoIP phone solution.
