Dentists who are using the Solea dental laser from Convergent Dental are reporting increased efficiency and profitability.
The 9.3 micron, computer-aided CO2 laser system is suitable for a range of hard and soft tissue applications, and in most instances it can be used without the need for anesthetic. Dentists who are using the laser report that 95 percent of their cases are now performed without the need for anesthesia, and with almost no bleeding for soft tissue cases, according to a press release. These enhancements allow for increased clinical efficiency and the ability to treat additional patients.
