The fourth cloud-based practice management application from Carestream Dental, CS PracticeWorks Cloud is designed to allow dental practices to access and make use of all of a practice’s data at any time from anywhere with an internet connection. The Software features Patient Attachments to link any document to a patient’s record, and Doctor’s Work Queue to keep all items needing attention of the doctor in one place. Both features aim to improve efficiency, according to a press release.
Another feature of the cloud-based software is eReminders for patients which can be sent via text, email or phone. Because the software is based in the cloud, updates to the platform are made automatically and a practice will always be using the most up to date version of the platform. CS PracticeWorks Cloud stores all patient and practice data in HIPAA compliant formats and automatically backs up the entire database.
