A new clinical guide from the American Association of Endodontists aims to help clinicians save their patients’ teeth.
Treatment Options for the Compromised Tooth: A Decision Guide features 13 new cases and more than 100 images that can help clinicians assess all endodontic treatment options before deciding on extraction for a compromised tooth, according to a press release. The case studies include both radiographs and clinical photos to help general practitioners make clinical decisions that can save natural teeth. The guide also aims to improve the collaboration between general dentists and endodontists to provide the best possible outcomes for their patients.
