In a move aimed at continuing to innovate in the dental and dental laboratory arenas, Keystone Industries announced that is has acquired the Harry J. Bosworth Company.
With Bosworth’s products focused on the clinical side of the industry and Keystone producing products for both dental practices and dental laboratories, the merger should allow Keystone to provide customers even greater access to unique dental products, according to a press release. Following the merger Bosworth will continue to operate from its headquarters in Skokie, Ill., while Keystone will keep its headquarters in Cherry Hill, N.J.
