 Free Tool from McKenzie Management Finds Hidden Dental Practice Revenue Potential

Aimed at helping dental practices discover untapped revenue potential, McKenzie Management is launching a free assessment online tool in 2014, but subscribers to the dental management company’s eNewsletter can access the tool this year.

Based on McKenzie CEO Sally McKenzie’s 30 years of experience in the dental industry, the assessment tool allows practices to review 10 business systems that often hide potential revenue. After completing the assessment, practices will receive a report and a follow up call reviewing the results and suggesting areas of improvement, according to a press release.

In the press release McKenzie said practices can often find approximately 25% additional revenues hidden in these outdated or underutilized systems. The assessment tool will open to the industry next year, but it will be made available earlier to dental practices that subscribe the McKenzie eNewsletter via the company’s website.
