Carestream Dental will launch its much anticipated CS OrthoTrac Cloud at the 2013 American Association of Orthodontists (AAO) Annual Session being held Friday, May 3, through Tuesday, May 7, at the Philadelphia Convention Center in Philadelphia.
CS OrthoTrac Cloud, previewed at last year’s AAO Annual Session, is now available for purchase. The new cloud solution combines all the dependable features and functionality of OrthoTrac practice management software with the convenience of a centralized, Web-based platform, so users have accessto the files they need 24/7 with any laptop or mobile device. Carestream Dental backs up and maintains CS OrthoTrac Cloud users’ sensitive patient and practice management files in HIPAA-compliant storage.
Also during this year’s AAO Annual Session, Carestream Dental is showcasing the new CS 3500 intraoral scanner*. Requiring no external heater, powder or trolley system, the CS 3500 allows practitioners to quickly and easily scan patients’ teeth directly to acquire true color, full arch 3D images. The CS 3500 also uses a light guidance system to navigate users through the image acquisition process to ensure images are being captured accurately every time.
