Case Background
This patient unfortunately lost tooth No. 11 in a bicycle accident.
The patient opted for implant treatment, so the remaining root structure of the tooth was removed. The site was allowed to heal.

Case Treatment
A Nobel Replace implant was placed. A zirconia custom abutment was fabricated and restored with a Lava crown. Patients occlusion was restored to previous canine guidance.
