Somehow this long suffering Cubs fan can’t help but get shuffled off to a city deep in the Major League Baseball playoff mix every October.
Last year it was San Francisco for the American Dental Association Annual Session while the Giants were cleaning up the NLCS on their way to another MLB title. Well today I’m off to Boston where the Red Sox are hosting the second game of their championship series against my least favorite team, the St. Louis Cardinals.
Thankfully I’ll have something other than baseball on my mind, because I’m heading to Boston to catch up on the latest developments in cone beam technology at the i-CAT hosted 7th International Congress on 3D Dental Imaging. I’m looking forward to hearing what’s new and what’s coming soon to this exciting and rapidly growing area of dental technology.
