Description
The Cytco®-K titanium post system combines the best of both parallel and tapered system. The titanium-alloy post boasts stability and retention. The Cytco-K begins with a parallel design which incorporates tapered ends to eliminate stress in the apical portion. Each post has self-tapping threads at the top that secure themselves only in the cervical area of the root where the walls are thickest. Two vent grooves run the length of the post to allow excess cement and dentinal debris to escape. Cytck-K posts are available in a range of sizes. A mounting block is also available
